Formula 7 Electric installed a 6.6kW residential solar energy system featuring fifteen 440-watt Hyundai solar panels mounted on the roof to provide clean, renewable energy for the home. The system was designed to maximize energy production while reducing the homeowner’s reliance on utility power through a grid-tied net metering system.
The installation also included a Sol-Ark hybrid inverter, rapid shutdown equipment, AC and DC disconnects, and all required electrical connections. While the system currently operates under net metering, the hybrid inverter is battery backup ready, allowing battery storage to be added in the future without replacing the inverter. Formula 7 Electric completed the installation in accordance with current electrical code and utility requirements, delivering a safe, efficient, and future-ready solar energy solution.
