Formula 7 Electric completed the electrical tenant improvement for Screaming Parrots Café in Redmond, WA. The project included complete branch circuit wiring, lighting installation, receptacles, dedicated equipment circuits, switching, new circuit breakers in the existing electrical panel, and all electrical infrastructure required to support the café’s daily operations.
The installation also included power for commercial kitchen equipment, customer seating areas, beverage preparation equipment, and support spaces, along with complete electrical trim-out and final equipment connections. All work was completed in accordance with current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local regulations, providing the café with a safe, reliable, and professionally installed electrical system built for long-term operation.

Outside, our team installed new weatherproof recessed LED lighting throughout the covered walkways and building entrances to improve safety, visibility, and the overall appearance of the property. Every fixture was professionally installed for long-term reliability and clean architectural aesthetics.
To enhance the front of the church, we also installed an exterior RGBW architectural LED lighting system behind the main cross. The weather-rated LED system allows the church to illuminate the cross in virtually any color using a handheld wireless remote, making it easy to change lighting for holidays, special events, and seasonal celebrations.
