Formula 7 Electric completed the full electrical construction for SI Five Townhomes, a new five-townhome multifamily development in Redmond, WA. Our team performed the complete electrical installation from underground rough-in through final trim, including an 800-amp electrical service, multi-meter equipment, service gear, distribution equipment, and a dedicated house panel serving the parking garage and common areas. The project also included branch circuit wiring, lighting, receptacles, dedicated equipment circuits, electrical panels, and all final electrical connections throughout the development.
In addition to the electrical installation, Formula 7 Electric completed the project’s structured data cabling, low-voltage wiring, network infrastructure, parking garage electrical systems, electrical riser room, exterior site lighting, and the electrical systems serving the stormwater sump pump station with standby generator backup. Every aspect of the project was completed in accordance with current National Electrical Code (NEC), local building requirements, and utility standards, delivering a safe, reliable, and professionally installed electrical system built for long-term performance.
