Formula 7 Electric completed a residential electrical panel replacement in Bellevue, WA, upgrading the home with a Leviton Smart Load Center designed to improve safety, reliability, and energy management. The project included installing the new smart electrical panel, Leviton Smart Circuit Breakers, current transformers (CTs) for whole-home energy monitoring, and professionally organizing and labeling all branch circuits.
The Leviton Smart Load Center allows homeowners to monitor their home’s electrical usage in real time, receive notifications, view energy consumption, and remotely turn individual smart circuit breakers on or off using the My Leviton mobile app. As part of the service upgrade, Formula 7 Electric also installed a complete grounding and bonding system, including bonding for the water and gas piping systems, grounding electrodes (ground rods), and all required grounding conductors to meet current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. The completed installation provides the homeowner with a modern, code-compliant electrical system featuring advanced energy monitoring, remote breaker control, and a safe, reliable electrical service designed for today’s smart homes.
